Licensed Plumber Job Description

The Licensed Plumber’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to properly and accurately estimating, installing, replacing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and/or testing the following:

  • Water piping systems

  • Gas piping systems

  • Sanitary sewer piping systems

  • Tub/shower/faucet internal mechanisms including cartridges, washers, springs, etc.

  • Faucets

  • Gas and water valves

  • Gas and water supply lines

  • Gas risers

  • Gas yard lines

  • Tub/shower valves

  • Tub/shower trim

  • Tub faucets

  • Sink drain assemblies including disposals

  • Tub basket strainers

  • Kitchen sinks

  • Hose Bibbs

  • Toilets

  • Yard leaks/breaks

  • Sanitary sewer yard lines

  • Sanitary sewer and potable water slab leaks (preferred but not required)

  • Toilet flanges

  • Gas and electric tank water heaters

  • Gas and electric tankless water heaters (preferred but not required)

  • Hot water recirculation systems

  • PRV & valve boxes

  • Boiler drains

  • Water yard lines
