Licensed Journeyman Plumber – Supervisor / Lead Technician

Northeast Texas Plumbing is hiring a licensed Journeyman Plumber as a Supervisor / Lead Technician in Hughes Springs, Texas. This role is for an experienced plumber who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and is ready to take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate a plumbing unit and perform installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial customers.

• Lead job sites, support the team, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

• Solve plumbing problems and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Current license with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.

• At least 4 years of plumbing experience; construction experience is a plus.

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a mandatory drug test.

• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in small or confined spaces.

• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting gross annual earnings of $88,000+, based on experience and qualifications.

• Starting total annual compensation value of $99,495+, including benefits.
