Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable residential service plumbing experience

• Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber

• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, iPhone, and iPad

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in high-stress situations, including potential verbal confrontations

• Willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends as needed

• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs

• Ability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl

• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in residential environments
