Who we are

At Barker Plumbing, we are a Tacoma-based plumbing company led by owner and licensed plumber Eli Barker. We launched in 2024 to provide honest, high-skill plumbing without franchises or middlemen, and we serve customers from our North Jackson Avenue base in Tacoma. Our work is built around hands-on expertise, clean results, and straightforward communication from the first call through the finished job.

What we do

We specialize in residential and commercial plumbing with a strong focus on remodels, repipes, and construction-oriented projects across Tacoma, Pierce County, and surrounding areas. On the residential side, we handle water heater replacements, whole-home water and waste-line repipes, shower valve updates, tub and shower installs, kitchen and bath rough-ins, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, and plumbing inspections for homebuyers and real estate transactions. On the commercial side, we support tenant-improvement buildouts and renovations, commercial water heater installs, backflow device installs with certification coordination, ADA bathroom conversions, grease trap and drainage upgrades, drain-line reconfigurations, and service work for small businesses.

You'll join a small, owner-led shop focused on larger residential remodels and commercial plumbing work rather than high-volume dispatch jobs. We value plumbers who can deliver clean, code-compliant installations, communicate clearly, and work confidently from repair and replacement work through full buildouts. Our journeyman and advanced apprentice roles are built for people who can read blueprints, handle diverse construction-site conditions, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.
