Plumber Apprentice

Build practical skills. Learn the trade. Join the team. Rosewood Plumbing is hiring a Plumber Apprentice to assist with remodels, service calls, and plumbing repairs. This role is ideal for someone who likes hands-on work and wants to grow in the trade. Experience is helpful, but not necessary.

What you’ll be doing

• Helping on remodel projects, from rough-in plumbing through final fixtures

• Riding along on service calls and repairs

• Installing and replacing fixtures — sinks, faucets, toilets, showers

• Pitching in on water heater, drain, septic, and backflow work

• Learning the trade on jobs across Goldsboro, Raleigh, and nearby communities

Who we’re looking for

• Dependable. You show up on time, ready to work.

• Teachable. You follow directions and ask good questions.

• Hands-on. You’d rather be doing than sitting.

• Hardworking. A strong work ethic counts for more than a résumé.

• Experience is a plus, not a requirement. We’re glad to train the right person.

Why learn the trade with us

Plumbing is a real skill, and it doesn’t go out of style. Here’s what you get working alongside our crew.

• Family owned since 1978
You’ll know the people you work for, not a call center.

• Licensed & insured team
Learn the work done right, to code, from people who do it daily.

• Real variety of work
Remodels, service calls, water heaters, septic, backflow. Never the same day twice.

  • Local routes
Work close to home across the Goldsboro–Raleigh corridor.
