We’re Hiring: A working Foreman / Journeyman Plumber in San Diego County
If you’re a skilled Journeyman Plumber ready to take on foreman-level responsibility, this is your chance to work where others vacation.
At Eagle Mountain Plumbing & Mechanical, we deliver luxury, custom residential, and commercial plumbing projects across North San Diego County, and occasionally in Big Bear and Mammoth Lakes.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and quality craftsmanship. Someone who can read plans, coordinate job sites, and see a project through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee plumbing installations for:
Restaurants
Hotels
Healthcare facilities
Luxury custom homes
Read, interpret, and apply blueprints and project specifications accurately.
Lead plumbing crews on-site, providing direction, training, and oversight.
Coordinate and schedule daily job activities to ensure efficiency and progress.
Ensure all installations meet applicable building codes and quality standards.
Collaborate with general contractors, clients, inspectors, and project managers.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective, timely solutions.
Monitor material usage and maintain job site organization.
Support company values of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer
satisfaction
Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman Plumber license in California (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5–7 years of plumbing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for projects (Big Bear, Mammoth Lakes).
Clean driving record, with willingness to undergo background, DMV, and drug screening
