Service Plumbing Technician

Tim’s Home Services is hiring a full-time Service Plumbing Technician in Osseo, Minnesota. The family-owned plumbing, heating, cooling and drain company has served Minnesota homes since 1981.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems, explain repair options clearly, and complete service repairs.

• Work on water heaters, drains, fixtures, water lines and gas piping.

• Treat customers and homes with care, follow the company service process, and hand larger projects to the installation team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of residential service plumbing experience.

• Minnesota Journeyman or Master Plumber License.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Strong customer communication, quality workmanship, and willingness to train.

• Preferred: Minneapolis/St. Paul competency cards, ServiceTitan experience, relevant service-sales training, and own hand tools.

Pay and Benefits

• Advertised annual pay range: $75,000–$250,000; hourly pay plus bonuses and spiffs.
