Service Plumber

We're hiring our next service plumber. $35/hr for licensed plumbers, plus uncapped weekly commission and overtime past 40. Monday through Friday, 7 to 5. No on-call. No weekends. Your evenings and weekends are yours.

You'd be running service calls out of your own take-home van: leaks, water heaters, drains, sewer, fixtures. Fuel card and phone come with it. Power tools are on us. You bring your hand tools, and we replace any that break on the job.

Health, dental and vision (company covers half after 90 days), paid time off and Aflac. And the Liberty Fund: $200 every quarter toward guns or ammo. Yeah, really.

What we're looking for:

• Tennessee LLP, or ready to test. If you're ready, we'll pay for your LLP test and license and get you to full pay.

• Enough residential service experience to diagnose on your own. There's a quick hands-on check.

• Valid driver's license and a record clean enough for insurance.

• Good with people, takes pride in the work, doesn't cut corners.

No micromanaging. No commission-only games. No stuffy HR.

Got photos of work you're proud of? Send those too.
