We are hiring full-time Plumbing Service Technician to deliver exceptional service while building a lifelong career. This role is ideal for those with experience in plumbing, building maintenance, and/or construction.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve commercial plumbing, sewer, and drain issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Clear blockages and clean drains/sewers using Red Oak-provided equipment and tools.

  • Perform plumbing services with professionalism, punctuality, and attention to appearance.

  • Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and via company-provided smartphones or iPads.

  • Maintain fully stocked company vans in a clean and safe condition (take-home vans with gas cards provided for technicians).

  • Actively participate in ongoing technical training to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, delivering excellent customer service.

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, working in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.

  • OSHA 10 certificate.

  • Experience in building maintenance, construction, or plumbing service.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a commercial plumber.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.

  • Basic set of personal tools.
