What you’ll do:

  • Lead and inspire your team with regular 1-on-1 meetings and support.

  • Spend time in the field doing site visits and staying connected to your crew.

  • Set clear goals and help your team knock them out of the park.

  • Train, mentor, and grow your people.

  • Improve processes and keep everything running smoothly.

  • Tackle customer service issues and escalations when they arise.

  • Make sure everything your team does follows local and state regulations.

  • Stay on top of all the essentials—payroll, job costing, inventory, HR tasks, and more.

What you’ll bring:

  • You’re comfortable with technology and know your way around Excel.

  • You’re a strategic thinker with strong business instincts—especially when it comes to sales.

  • You’ve got a self-starter mindset and love taking initiative.

  • You’ve successfully led teams of 10+ people and know how to get the best from each of them.

  • You’re results-driven and always thinking about how your work impacts the bigger picture.

  • You understand the financial side of operations, including P&L and margin management.

  • You’re a great communicator who knows how to connect with everyone from frontline technicians to leadership teams.

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others toward a shared goal.

  • You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of trades experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

  • Sales experience.

  • Customer service experience is a must.

  • Technical skills.

  • Work references from past supervisors, managers, and co-workers.

  • Clean driving record – no moving violations.

  • Clean background check.

  • Pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
