🔧 Are you the calm voice on the line when a customer has water coming through the ceiling? Do you love solving problems, keeping a busy schedule running smoothly, and making sure every customer feels taken care of? We want to meet you. The GOAT is a growing plumbing company, and we’re expanding into HVAC and electrical soon. We’re building our Customer Service and Dispatch team now, which means getting in early and growing right along with us.

What You’ll Do

• Answer calls and book service appointments with a friendly, professional touch

• Dispatch and route technicians to keep the day moving

• Adjust on the fly when emergencies come in or plans change

• Handle customer concerns with patience and empathy

• Keep customer info, job notes, and schedules accurate

• Work closely with our techs and office team

Who We’re Looking For

You’re organized, dependable, and stay cool under pressure. You don’t panic when the phones are ringing and the board is full, and you’re not afraid of change because you know that’s what growth looks like.

• Customer service or dispatch experience in the trades is a must (plumbing preferred, HVAC or electrical a bonus)

• Service titan or another CRM experience? BIG plus.

• Most of all, we want people who are hungry to learn, grow, and build a career with us.
