Plumbing Apprentice

Responsibilities:

• Assist plumbers in the installation of plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances.

• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

• Safely use hand and power tools associated with the plumbing trade.

• Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes and fittings.

• Clean and prepare job sites, including digging trenches and handling materials.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.

• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA standards at all times.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Prior construction or plumbing experience is preferred but not required.

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and work in varying weather conditions.

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
