About the role

Crouch & Sons Plumbing in Florence, AL is hiring a Plumber Helper / Apprentice plumber.

We’re looking for 1 (possibly 2) hardworking individuals who want to build a career in plumbing, not just punch a clock.

This is an entry-level helper/apprentice position. Experience is NOT required - work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn ARE.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist licensed plumbers on service and installation jobs

  • Learn plumbing systems, tools, and safety

  • Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized

  • Grow into more responsibility as skills improve

Pay:

  • $12–$20 per hour, based on attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

  • Raises as skills improve (performance-based, not just time served).
