Plumber Helper

Assembles, installs and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems.

General Accountabilities:

• Provides assistance to Plumber pursuant to Plumber's directions.

• Duties include but are not limited to:

• Digging ditches.

• Transporting tools, equipment and materials to the job site.

• Replacing tools, equipment and materials to the work truck.

• Cuts and threads pipe.

• The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 - 5 years

Competencies:

• Communication; ability to take direction

• Mechanically inclined

• Ability to work independently

• Knowledge of the field and how to properly use plumbing equipment/tools

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to bend, lift or climb

• Occasionally required to lift moderated weights (25 - 50 pounds)

Work Environment:

• Exposure to adverse conditions

• Exposure to extreme heat or cold

• Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions

• Exposure to precarious places
