Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, hot water tanks, and drains

• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues according to local codes

• Manage work orders and coordinate with other contractors for efficient repairs

• Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and keep accurate records of assignments and system conditions

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of plumbing experience, particularly in new home builds

• A valid NC Driver’s License and a safe driving record

• Proficient in using technology like iPads and plumbing software

Preferred:

• Equipment operating experience

• Personal basic hand tools required for plumbing tasks

• Plumbing License
