Compensation

• $30–$50 per hour, based on experience

• Experience considered across all license levels

• Monthly bonus incentives

• Year-end profit sharing — 50%

Experienced Plumber Qualifications

• Residential service plumbing experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Plumbing experience at any license level is welcome

• Takes pride in producing quality work

• Professional and respectful with customers

• Dependable and team-oriented

Field Supervisor Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management skills

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and industry best practices

• Ability to manage projects, schedules, and team performance

• Plumbing experience at any license level is welcome

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
