Commercial Service Plumber Technician

The Service Plumber Technician will troubleshoot, repair and install various commercial plumbing fixtures, valves and pumps within a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to clients with professional conduct

• Install, repair or replace plumbing fixtures, waste, vent or freshwater pipes

• Installation, service or diagnostics of grease trap

• Troubleshoot common plumbing issues on pumps, fixtures and pipes

• Operate various sizes of hydro-jets to clean drain lines

• Diagnose and unclog drains with the proper cable equipment

• Submit paperwork with the details of the work provided after each service appointment

• Additional duties assigned as needed

Requirements

• 5 years of progressive commercial plumbing experience and responsibilities

• Must have an insurable motor vehicle driving record with a valid driver license

• Must be available to work one weekend day as part of the regular scheduled shift. Work shifts are Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

• Computer literate with the ability to communicate to management by email, phone calls or text messages

• Availability to work evenings or nights is desired
