Assistant Plumbing Manager

Here is what you will be doing:

• Be a leader for our Plumber's personal and professional development

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with Plumbers and Customers.

• Train Plumbers on best practices and true craftsmanship

• Drive revenue growth to hit monthly sales goals

• Train Plumbers on service software, job estimating, Day & Night policies and procedures. 

• Develop and implement specialized training on various plumbing installations and best practices. 

• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training

• Have a working knowledge of plumbing codes

• Do Ride-along with Plumbers on a regular basis 

• Assist the Plumbing Manager in leading weekly meetings

• pull permits for jobs

• Address and resolve customer concerns in the field and over the phone

• Train plumbers on-site with difficult installations

• Be available 7 days a week to provide technical support over the phone

• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner

• Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and how it will be done

Here is the stuff you really care about:

• Total compensation range: $90,000 to $130,000+

Here is what we are looking for:

• 10+ year of prior residential service plumbing experience 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
