Who we are

Superior Plumbing Service is a privately owned, locally operated plumbing and excavation company based in Canandaigua, New York. Phil Heberle founded our company in 2009 after following in the footsteps of his retired-plumber father, and we have grown from a first utility van into a team serving the Finger Lakes and surrounding counties. Many original team members continue to work with us today, and our company is built around professionalism, integrity, honesty, and pride in workmanship.

What we do

We provide residential and commercial plumbing and excavation services in Canandaigua, the Finger Lakes region, and Ontario, Monroe, Wayne, and Livingston Counties. Our work includes plumbing repairs and installations, drain cleaning, water softener systems, water quality testing, water heater service, sewer inspections and repairs, pipe repair and replacement, sump pump work, gas line service, septic system work, new water service hookups, and commercial rough plumbing. We offer same-day emergency service, after-hours and weekend availability, and service for homes, cottages, businesses, lakefront properties, farms, and residential neighborhoods.
