Rad Pad Properties

Who we are

We are Rad Pad Properties, a family-owned remodeling and general contracting business based in Largo, Florida, serving Clearwater and the Tampa Bay area. Established in 2021, we work on both standard and high-end residential properties.

What we do

We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, from cabinetry and countertops to tile work, custom vanities, and fixtures. Our services also include larger home renovations, demolition, and handyman repairs and installations. Our custom projects include lanai renovations, media walls, aquarium displays, and wet bars.

Working at Rad Pad Properties

We value tradespeople who produce clean, professional results, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently. We expect experienced remodelers to complete projects independently or with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude and working well with others. Our work calls for practical skills across tile installation, carpentry, finish work, and cabinet installation.
