Byron-Gaines Utility Authority (BGUA) is a water and sewer utility formed in 2002. BGUA operates and maintains the water and sewer systems for Byron Township and Gaines Charter Township.

At BGUA, we provide high quality water and sewer utility services to township residents through consistent operations, effective maintenance, and responsible stewardship of resources. BGUA also supports cross connection control and other utility service needs.
